As soon as your shipment is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You’ll receive another email when your order has been delivered.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your shoes as long as the shoes are unworn and in new condition.

You may request a return online here. We will promptly review the request and, if approved, will email instructions to return the shoes for a full refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TFR digital collectibles are one-of-a-kind pieces of artwork that come with TFR shoe purchases and certain member activities in The Formation. Once the activity is complete, they are automatically deposited to your member account on The Formation and are easy to claim, download and share to social.

TFR commissions female artists to create our digital collectibles, making them truly unique and collectable.

Login to your account on The Formation then go to the “My Collectibles” section in your account. You’ll see your unique artwork already deposited in your account. Download the artwork and share the socials. We’d love for you to tag us in #TheFormation

You can also convert your collectibles into unique NFTs. To do so, click the collectible and then follow the instructions to convert to an NFT and attach to your crypto wallet.

Our primary approach is to focus on quality. We produce products manufactured with the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials to ensure a durable product that will last a long time.

Next, we only produce in small batches. Meaning, we don't overproduce items that will end up on deep discount or in a landfill. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Last, we've thought through every detail in the packaging to encourages re-use, from the artful shoe box and tissue paper design to our custom Baggu shoppers. We also only use recyclable materials without any single use plastics.
