Standard orders typically take 3-5 business days from order placement. If you need your shoes sooner, two-day express shipping is available for an additional charge at checkout.

Yes. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

• Nappa leather: Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth, then apply a light coat of neutral leather wax.
• Metallic and snake-print finishes: Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid waxes and soaps, which may dull the finish.
• Alcantara lining: Gently clean with a cloth lightly dampened with mild, soapy water.

Allow your shoes to air-dry completely before wearing, away from direct heat.
