Tori Forbes-Roberts
Founder & CEO
Tori is Founder & CEO of TFR Shoes, LLC. She is a designer, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a mom—but mostly, a woman who understands how life-changing it is to feel good in your own shoes. She founded TFR Shoes in January 2024 after a 25 year career in the corporate world.
Prior to starting TFR, Tori was a Senior Vice President at Delta Air Lines. She demonstrated success in revenue growth and business transformation and also led a complex global operations team with a $4B P&L. She is an influential enterprise leader with expertise in digital, customer service, pricing & revenue management, customer loyalty & co-brand partnerships and global sales.
Tori served on numerous leadership committees at Delta, including the Expanded Delta Leadership Committee, Executive DE+I council and Benefits Fiduciary Investment Committee. She currently serves as Board Chair for Atlanta Partners for Education, the Atlanta Public Schools 501c.3 foundation.
Tori grew up in Rutland, VT. She graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is married to Anton, whom she met while studying abroad at the International University of Japan in Urasa, Japan. They have two sons, Alex and Dylan, and reside in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Park City.
